About Us

Baseline Health is a multidisciplinary allied health clinic located in Kelana Jaya, dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal physical, cognitive, and functional wellbeing. Our services include chiropractic care, physiotherapy, clinical Pilates, occupational therapy, scoliosis treatment (Schroth Method), and personal training. We work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adults, and the elderly, providing holistic, client-centred care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

We are seeking anOccupational Therapistto join our team. This full-time role is ideal for fresh graduates or experienced OTs who want to develop their skills in a dynamic, multidisciplinary setting. You will provide client-centred therapy, support patients in achieving their daily functional goals, and work closely with our team of allied health professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week
• Clinic hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Closed on Sundays

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients physical, cognitive, and emotional needs using standardized tools.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve daily functioning and quality of life.
• Provide guidance and strategies to patients and families for daily living, home exercises, and functional activities.
• Monitor, document, and review patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with other allied health professionals in multidisciplinary care.
• Participate in patient education, wellness programs, and community outreach when needed.
• Mentor OT students or junior staff (if applicable).

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (fresh graduates welcome).
• Clinical experience in relevant settings is an advantage.
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency inEnglishis required;Mandarin or other Chinese dialectsis a bonus.
