Responsibilities

To assist the Team Lead in carrying out operations for Inbound and outbound shipments
Shipping document preparation for Supplier Management and shipping requirements to US and other part of the world.
To plan, organize and communicate to carry out daily tasks.
Enhance Customer/Vendor relationships and meet organizational goals.
To carry out daily administrative work and liaise with others department
To report any irregularities to Team Lead from time to time.
To perform any other duties as directed by Team Lead from time to time

Requirements

Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Ocean freight operations
Excellent customer service experience and interpersonal skill care required
Good command of written and spoken in English & local language and possesses a pleasant and courteous personality.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-tasks
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and highly motivated.
