Our client is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Consultant to support organisations through complex workforce and HR transformation projects.
This is a strong opportunity for a seasoned HR consulting professional who enjoys solving business challenges, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering practical people solutions across areas such as workforce planning, organisation design, job architecture, HR transformation, change management, and culture transformation.
The role is based in Kuala Lumpur.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end people advisory projects, from understanding client challenges to delivering clear and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with senior HR and business leaders to identify workforce priorities and develop solutions that support organisational goals.
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations with clients to align on project direction and outcomes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations to ensure quality delivery.
- Apply structured thinking, data insights, and consulting frameworks to address complex workforce and organisational issues.
- Support business development activities, including proposal development, scoping, pricing, and identifying new client opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Guide and support junior consultants while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing consulting environment.
What We're Looking For
- Min 5 years of experience in HR consulting, organisational development, workforce transformation, or related advisory roles.
- Strong exposure to areas such as people strategy, organisation design, skills framework, job architecture, strategic workforce planning, HR transformation, or change management.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead complex consulting projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into practical business recommendations.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur and open to regional travel when required.
