Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HR Support Relations

  • Assist in managing day-to-day HR activities and support employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Admin, Payroll) for smooth offboarding and final settlements.
  • Analyse exit data and provide reports for continuous improvement.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
  • Help resolve employee concerns and escalate issues as needed to HR leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with immigration-related documentation and coordination (e.g., visa applications, renewals, tracking).
  • Provide support on basic taxation processes such as investment declarations, Form 16, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., consultants, vendors) for HR-related admin tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in HR operations or employee relations.
  • Good understanding of HR practices, Employment laws.
  • Familiarity with immigration procedures and basic taxation knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic HRMS tools.
