Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant based in Petaling Jaya. The Office Administrative Assistant will manage daily office operations, provide administrative support to the executive team, and handle clerical tasks such as scheduling, organizing documents, and managing correspondence. The role also involves managing phone communications, assisting with office management, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and handling confidential tasks
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role is a plus
  • Able to speak English and/or Chinese professionally is a plus
  • Fresh graduate are welcome

Salary RM2500 - RM3000 Depends on experience, language proficiency and capability
