Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Admin Intern to support our daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general office administration tasks (filing, data entry, document preparation).
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Support scheduling of meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Help with inventory management and office supplies.
  • Provide support foremployee engagement activities when needed.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
