Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant, based in Kelang. The Office Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, maintain organized clerical systems, and handle phone communication with professionalism. Responsibilities include supporting executive staff, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth office operation by handling documentation and communications effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily office tasks, file organization, and data entry.
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication for handling inquiries and professional correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, document preparation, and task prioritization.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to ensure office efficiency.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office or similar tools, is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
