Job Description

Job responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing documents.
  • Organize and maintain company documents, records, and reports to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender documents and other project-related documentation.
  • Coordinate and maintain records related to foreign workers, including documentation and administrative support.
  • Ensure all tasks assigned by the superior are handled accurately and completed within the required timeline.
  • Maintain proper documentation control and filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
  • Support daily office operations and perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirement

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; Diploma or higher is an advantage.
  • 25 years of administrative experience, preferably in agriculture, plantation, or related industries.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documents and office administration efficiently.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to be based in Segamat, Johor.
