About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to provide critical administrative support to our Financial Controller and overall office operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles multiple tasks efficiently, and ensures smooth day-to-day administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize office documentation and records.
- Submit, track, and follow up on purchase orders (POs).
- Manage access to systems, tools, and facilities as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Controller, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support office operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
