Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to provide critical administrative support to our Financial Controller and overall office operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles multiple tasks efficiently, and ensures smooth day-to-day administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize office documentation and records.
  • Submit, track, and follow up on purchase orders (POs).
  • Manage access to systems, tools, and facilities as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Financial Controller, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support office operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
