Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate operational resources, including office supplies, equipment, and inventory, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and reporting support, including email correspondence and ad-hoc assignments, to enhance overall team efficiency
  • Assist in monthly inventory planning and forecasting, while closely monitoring stock levels to maintain optimal availability and operational continuity
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and cross-border teams (including China counterparts) to ensure timely and accurate execution of operational and inventory processes

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset
  • High level of attention to detail, supported by strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English, and/or Malay to support cross-border communication
  • Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
