Job Summary
You will manage front desk operations and visitor interactions while supporting office administration and HR tasks to ensure smooth daily business functions.
Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management:
- Greet visitors warmly and ensure completion of the entry logbook to maintain security and visitor records.
- Answer inbound calls promptly and route them accurately to the respective credit recovery officers.
- Update customer records as needed to maintain accurate information.
- Manage incoming and outgoing client emails to ensure timely communication.
- Book conference rooms and coordinate client meetings efficiently.
Office Administration & Support:
- Monitor and replenish pantry and stationery supplies regularly.
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events to support company activities.
- Liaise with building management to resolve facility-related issues promptly.
- Track and monitor employee daily attendance and tardiness.
- Assist HR Executive with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support HR operations.
Required competencies and certifications
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) to perform administrative duties effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong organizational skills to multitask front desk and administrative responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling phone calls and client emails
- Adaptability to learn quickly and adjust to changing priorities
- Cheerful, friendly, and professional demeanor to create a welcoming environment
