Job Description

OVERVIEW:

As an Office Front Desk, you'll be the face of WORQ greeting members and guests, managing front desk operations, and keeping the workspace running seamlessly every day. This role combines hospitality, office administration, and customer service. You'll work closely with your teammates to ensure a professional, safe, and engaging environment for our members

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Front desk & customer service:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Handle calls, walk-ins, and emails with efficiency and friendliness.
  • Manage visitor check-ins, mail, and deliveries.
  • Learn members names and preferences to deliver a personalized experience.

Office & facility operations:

  • Support daily workspace operations, including meeting rooms, pantry and event area upkeep.
  • Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks; report and coordinate any repairs or vendor issues.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
  • Assist with event logistics and setups.

Administration & billing:

  • Support member onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with member billing and basic payment follow-ups.
  • Update member and occupancy records accurately.

Collaboration & teamwork:

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Outlet and Community teammates to ensure smooth operations and outstanding member experience.
  • Support community and marketing initiatives when needed.
  • Support cross-department initiatives and assist with community engagement activities.
  • Assist with general ad hoc tasks as and when required.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused.
  • Detail-oriented with good administrative and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently while being a strong team player.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin/Malay is a plus).
