Job Description:
- Provide support in managing day to day basic transaction tasks, including tracking operational expenses, recording funds received, and managing petty cash, while keeping all records accurate.
- Provide assistance in keeping track of pending payments and collections, follow up when needed, and assist in resolving any issues related to bills or payments
- Assist in helping to manage small cash expenses, making sure they are used correctly, recorded properly, and checked regularly
- Assist with reviewing and processing employee claims (e.g. Meal claims, transportation claims, business trip claims)
- Handle office management
- Oversee the cleanliness standards are met within the office
- Assist by developing and supporting office SOP
- Handle special financial projects or investigations as directed by the Management.
- Support cross-functional teams with financial data and analysis, when necessary.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with solid knowledge of transaction processing, reporting standards, and general financial operations.
- Full set accounting experience is a must.
- Proficient in commonly used financial and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written Chinese and English.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and accountability when handling sensitive financial data, with strong adherence to internal controls and regulatory compliance.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
