Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR daily operations in Penangofficeto ensure compliance with local law and regulations.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including event organisation, contract negotiation, and security protocol management.
  • Coordinate various departments to alignofficeoperations with company goals.
  • Overseeofficemaintenance, supplies, and records, maintaining organisation and efficiency.
  • Ensureofficecompliance with health and safety regulations, implementing emergency procedures and wellness programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder with 2+ yearsworking experience inHR and admin related fields. Semi or high-tech industry exposure is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysialabor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independentlywitha desire to work in an open andstart-up environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high comfort level in dealing with management and individuals at all levels.
