The Office Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by providing administrative support, managing office facilities, coordinating workplace services, and supporting company events. This role plays a key part in maintaining an efficient, organised, and welcoming work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administrative and operational activities.
- Oversee office facilities and ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Manage pantry supplies, office stationery, and general inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
- Handle office procurement and raise purchase requests for office-related items and services.
- Support office space planning, seating arrangements, and workplace improvements.
- Coordinate office moves, renovations, and workplace setup projects as required.
- Organise and coordinate internal meetings, staff engagement activities, and company events.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing workspaces and coordinating office-related requirements.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and administrative procedures.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, health and safety requirements, and workplace standards.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects and duties assigned by management.

- Experience in vendor management, event coordination, and office procurement is an advantage
