Position: Officer / Deputy Manager (Chemical Business Division)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute daily business operations related to trading activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders, and logistics partners (e.g., forwarders), while demonstrating effective negotiation skills.
• Oversee and expand existing business portfolios, including stock operations and trading of chemical or industrial products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets, including import, export, and offshore trading.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, company policies, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely business and operational reports.
• Handle credit line matters, including monitoring and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
• Strong academic results, preferably Second Class Upper (CGPA 3.00 and above).
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in trading companies.
• Experience in import/export/offshore trading, preferably within the chemical, plastic, or industrial products industries.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and commitment to achieving targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Malaysian citizen.
