About the role
You'll support end-to-end land matters across our undeveloped land bankscovering SBKS processes, development approvals, land alienation, and compulsory land acquisitionwhile driving sustainable interim revenue through estate management initiatives.
Job Accountabilities
- Engage tenants on rental status and ensure land lease payments are settled before due dates.
- Process revenue accurately and on time in line with AOP approvals.
- Prepare and submit land-related documentation in accordance with procedures and timelines.
- Collaborate with Finance to produce timely and accurate financial reports.
- Monitor undeveloped land to identify encroachment risks; keep sites free from squatters and illegal activities.
- Assist with enforcement/eviction exercises to strengthen land security.
- Conduct site surveillance and ensure tenants and oil-palm contractors comply with agreement terms and conditions.
- Support land matters across the Central Region and Tapah.
Qualifications & Requirement
- Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Land Management, Surveying, Town Planning, Valuation, or Estate Management.
- 5+ years experience with a property developer/development company.
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation accuracy, and on-ground surveillance discipline.
