Key Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible to assist with day-to-day operations of the duty of HR and administration
- Fully in-charge and monitor foreign workers accommodation and hostel affairs.
- To consistently update and highlight to the Superior of any abnormal activities, wrongdoings, negative happening, by the foreign workers within the hostel.
i) Hostel Management (Foreign workers)
- To enforce, instil and take disciplinary actions whenever required
To record and make the necessary arrangements for the hostel arrangements.- Conduct periodic inspection and spot check of workers hostel.
Maintain up-to-date workers hostel records
- Responsible to investigate and manage the cases on the Company premises/surrounding/hostels on any vandalism, littering, misuse or abuse of the facilities provided to the foreign workers.
Monitor on hostels repair/maintenance related tasks and proceed investigation on the repair task to determine cost to be bear by hostels unit worker or management.
ii) HR and Administration- Support in handling foreign workers affairs and industrial relation matters including attending to grievance, queries, complaints, disciplinary issues.
Ensure the discipline of the foreign workers and report to Superior if any of the foreign workers disobey any instructions.
- To attend foreign worker's emergency incidents, to transport workers, follow-up cases, carry out disciplinary action and investigate root cause of the incidents.
To undertake any ad-hoc tasks/ projects pertaining to HR and administrative duties as and when required. Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management.

At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in foreign worker hostel management is an added advantage.- Committed & independent with ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Must be able to handle foreign workers and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong commitment, positive learning attitude and be hands-on
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Being able to be on call where there are urgent matters in relation to foreign workers to resolve
