We are a sister company of ONErpm, utilizing data-driven technology to make music distribution simple and accessible.

Role Overview

OFFstep is seeking a talented Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search and paid social campaigns. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing ad campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on key markets in Southeast Asia and other global regions to drive traffic, increase conversions, and promote OFFstep's services to independent artists. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an analytical mindset who is comfortable reporting into the OFFstep managing director (based in USA) and working alongside a global advertising team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube) and paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) in core markets like Southeast Asia and other key regions such as Latin America and Europe.
  • Allocate daily budgets by territory, ensuring optimal performance and efficient spending.
  • Develop and implement ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to drive traffic and maximize conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage bidding strategies to ensure high ROI on paid search campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS and CPA to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the social media team and content creators to align paid ads with organic content and broader promotional strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid advertising opportunities in target markets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns, preferably in the music or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of driving traffic and conversions through Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience managing budgets across various territories, particularly in Southeast Asia, and other global regions.
  • Strong analytical skills and extensive experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PowerBI and similar platforms for tracking and reporting.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience in data-tested messaging and branding for a large scale organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with global teams.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Additional language skills are a plus.
