Develop and execute tailored account plans for onsite customers, driving strong customer engagement and ensuring Linde's competitive positioning.
Lead timely contract renewals and support new business opportunities, leveraging market intelligence and collaboration with internal teams to maximize value for Linde and its customers.
Partner with Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing, timely price adjustments, and optimized production to improve profitability and meet customer commitments.
Drive the evaluation and development of business cases (NPV, IRR) for incremental growth opportunities, contributing to the region's onsite business strategy and investment decision-making.
Lead the enhancement of account management processes and deliver on profitability targets, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Masters in Technical, Business or other related disciplines.
Min 5 years of experience in commercial and technical role in an industrial company, preferably with experience in long-term supply contracts.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English and proficiency in local area language(s) is a plus.
Demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, including strong negotiation, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, impactful presentation techniques and ability to influence and develop strategic relations with customers.
Understanding of ASUs, N Plants and HYCO plant operations is a plus.
Adequate understanding of building and evaluating business case models (MS Excel).
Basic understanding of cryogenic and HyCo technologies and drivers of costs and efficiencies is a plus.
Financial acumen: sound understanding of key elements of Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets and Cash Flows
Willingness to acquire insights on industry developments and customer end markets.
