Position: Onboarding & Training Specialist

In this role, you will guide new customers through their journey with Food Market Hub - from onboarding to full system adoption. Your goal is to ensure customers understand our product, use it effectively, and see value quickly.

What You'll Do

Customer Onboarding

  • Lead onboarding for new customers and ensure a smooth start
  • Create customised onboarding plans based on customer needs
  • Help customers achieve first value and full product adoption

Training & Education

  • Conduct training sessions (online/offline) for new and existing customers
  • Teach customers how to use the system effectively
  • Share best practices to help customers reach their goals faster

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with App Supports and Account Managers to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
  • Translate customer needs into clear product or feature requests
  • Support customers via calls, email, or live chat when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Mandarin speaker (to support Mandarin-speaking customers)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles (F&B or related industry is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling customer inquiries via phone and online channels
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple customers at the same time
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Confident in delivering training sessions and presentations to large groups of customers
