Junior Level

Contract type: 12-month renewable contract
Role
This role focuses on supporting prospects and customers during the early stages of their journey, helping them successfully set up the product, connect channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram), and start using SleekFlow effectively.
You will work across pre-sales, onboarding, and early-stage support to guide users, troubleshoot setup and connection issues, and remove blockers that impact activation and adoption. You will also collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Educating customers and optimizing their product setup for the quickest path to success.
- Providing materials to help customers learn best practices to achieve their desired outcomes faster and more efficiently.
- Work with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations.
- Handle incoming enquiries via emails, calls and chats in a professional manner.
- Build evergreen content and resources for customers (and other organizations) to use for education and to drive rapid product adoption.
- Be a SleekFlow expert and discuss or educate on any nuance of the product internally and externally.
- Work continuously to document the details of each interaction in order to easily research customer issues and to inform product improvements
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in communications, customer service and support, sales, account management, or customer success. Customer success courses / training are good to have.
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates should have prior experience through internships, part-time roles, or projects in customer-facing environments such as customer support, sales, account management, or handling enquiries and problem-solving.
- Familiar with basic tech tools and systems
- Eager to learn, can think independently, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Comfortable to engage with a diverse array of customers
- Problem solving and critical thinking with detail oriented
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong customer obsession attitude with evidence of taking independent and appropriate decisions for the customer
- Team player with the desire to try new ideas in order to achieve greater levels of success
