Role Description
This is an on-site role for an Online Community Manager based in Petaling Jaya. The Online Community Manager will support the planning and execution of community engagement activities across social media and other digital platforms.
Daily tasks include monitoring and responding to comments and messages, moderating discussions, and escalating issues or feedback to the relevant team members. The person in charge will be executing in drafting social media posts, copywriting, and scheduling content according to content calendars. The role will also involve tracking simple engagement metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with account managers, and other team members to ensure a consistent brand voice and positive community experience.
