Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Online Sales Consultant to drive growth in our digital customer base. This role is pivotal in identifying prospects, boosting online sales, and building strong customer relationships through digital platforms.

Job Description

  • Identify and engage new online customers across assigned digital platforms.
  • Drive sales through marketplaces and other digital touchpoints.
  • Support customers in placing orders and navigating online platforms.
  • Provide clear guidance on products, promotions, and purchasing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Monitor customer trends and competitor activities in online channels.
  • Monitor online sales pipeline and follow up on leads effectively.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
  • Leverage digital tools to enhance sales effectiveness and customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (Preferrable in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechatronics).
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in B2B business (preferrable in automation industry).
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM tools (SAP C4C, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (SAP BI, MicroStrategy, Spotfire, Analysis for Excel).
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and derive action plans from KPIs.
  • Skilled in dashboard development and conducting review meetings.
  • Flexible on oversea and interstate travelling.
