Role Description The Online Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Kinabalu. This role is responsible for managing online sales channels, including updating product listings, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring accurate pricing and promotions across digital platforms. The Online Sales Executive will respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and handle order-related issues to deliver efficient and supportive online customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating with in-store and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery, tracking sales performance, and preparing basic reports. The role also involves supporting online marketing activities, such as assisting with campaigns, promotions, and social media initiatives to drive traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with customers and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Demonstrated Sales skills, including confidence in promoting products and closing online sales.
  • Basic Online Marketing knowledge, including familiarity with e-commerce platforms, promotions, and digital campaigns.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling orders and product information.
  • Comfort using computers and online tools; experience with e-commerce or retail systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kota Kinabalu and collaborate in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
  • Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or customer-facing roles is beneficial; relevant certification or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
