Job Summary

We are looking for an Onsite Coordinator – UAT & Application Support to bridge the gap between business users and the global development team. The ideal candidate will coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), perform initial functional analysis, manage defect tracking, and ensure smooth communication throughout the application development and support lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Understand, reproduce, and document application issues reported by business users.
  • Perform initial analysis of defects and enhancement requests before escalating to the development team.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and offshore/global development teams.
  • Track defects, monitor resolution progress, and ensure timely closure.
  • Validate bug fixes and coordinate user re-testing.
  • Assist in requirement clarification and communicate functional expectations to developers.
  • Coordinate application releases, deployment validation, and production support.
  • Maintain UAT documentation, issue trackers, and status reports.
  • Support user training, demonstrations, and post-deployment activities.

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of Web Application Architecture (Frontend, Backend, APIs, Database).
  • Basic knowledge of REST APIs and client-server architecture.
  • Experience with UAT processes, defect lifecycle, and issue tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working with distributed/global teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to React, Django, or similar web technologies.
  • Basic understanding of Docker, cloud deployments, and application environments.
  • Experience in Healthcare or Enterprise Applications is an added advantage.

Experience & Qualification

  • 3–7 years of experience in UAT Coordination, Application Support, Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or Technical Coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
