Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Onsite Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational assistance at client sites. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operation of systems, equipment, and infrastructure while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting.
- Installation, commissioning, and start-up of corrugator systems
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of machinery
- Supporting production teams and ensuring equipment reliability
- Training client operators and maintenance teams
- Providing technical support throughout project lifecycle
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with remote support teams and vendors when required.
- Document incidents, service requests, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Provide user training and technical guidance as needed.
Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant onsite support or engineering experience.
