About the Role
We are hiring Onsite Technical Support Engineers to provide dedicated onsite IT support at the Client's Head Office under a large-scale government project.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, resolving technical issues, and supporting daily IT infrastructure activities in a mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily onsite technical support at the Client's Head Office
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and upgrades
- Support system deployment, testing, and implementation activities
- Coordinate with branch teams, vendors, and central support teams
- Maintain technical documentation, logs, and service reports
- Support users during operational and high-usage periods
- Ensure compliance with SLA and operational procedures
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or technical support roles
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Basic knowledge of system administration and IT infrastructure
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work onsite full-time at Head Office
