Job Summary
The role involves designing and governing Open Channel dealer frameworks, incentive programs, and dealer elevation paths that align with our channel's goals.
The successful candidate plays an important role in developing and implementing channel strategies to drive productivity and market competitiveness while maintaining financial discipline.
What are you accountable for
Act as guardian for Open Channel frameworks and define structured path for dealer elevation and progression, with clear benefits and expectations.
Develop and update governance and operational policies for the Open Channel.
Lead end-to-end development of trade incentive programs for Open Channel (including Hotlink Prepaid & Postpaid), and design reward structures aligned with strategic business goals.
Develop and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness, conducting post-campaign analysis and providing data-driven recommendations to senior management.
Monitor competitor incentive programs and industry trends, while representing dealer perspectives in internal strategy discussions.
Collaborate with Finance and GTM teams for accurate budget forecasting, ensure precise financial reporting and incentive payout for all programs.
Partner with regional teams to tailor national or regional programs to local market needs, providing performance analysis and improvement recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field, with 5+ years experience in channel management or incentive program design in telco industry, preferably.
Strong analytical skills for designing frameworks, incentive programs, conducting ROI and performance analysis, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Proven ability to develop and implement channel policies, governance, and dealer progression paths.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across functions and regions.
Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and financial management.
