Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior / Junior Developers to join our team focused on delivering innovative solutions within the OpenText AppWorks framework. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software development, particularly with Java, JavaScript, and Angular, and will play a pivotal role in enhancing our enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and customize applications using OpenText AppWorks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and maintain robust back-end solutions using MS SQL.
- Create dynamic, user-friendly interfaces using Angular and JavaScript.
- Optimize application performance and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Document technical processes, workflows, and application architecture for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 (Junior/Mid) 6-9 (Senior) years of experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in OpenText AppWorks.
- Proficiency in Java and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of Angular.
- Experience with MS SQL Server for database management.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Optional Skills:
- Experience with other BPM tools (e.g., Pega, K2, IBM BPM) is a plus.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
