Urgently hiring for one of our Big4 client in Malaysia.

Job Title- OpenText Archive

Level- Senior Analyst

Location- Penang, MY

Type- Fulltime

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand the data archiving needs and objectives.
Perform data analysis and mapping to identify the data sources, attributes, relationships, quality, and volume.
Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using OpenText InfoArchive or other tools.
Configure and test the data archiving solutions using OpenText InfoArchive or other platforms.
Ensure the data integrity, security and accessibility of the archived data.
Support the application decommissioning process and provide data retrieval services as needed.
Document the data archiving processes and procedures and provide training and guidance to the users.
Monitor and troubleshoot the data archiving performance and issues and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in data archiving, data management, data migration or data warehousing.
Good knowledge of databases (tables, relations, views, indexes, etc.) and SQL.
Experience in working with OpenText InfoArchive or other data archiving platforms.
Certified in OpenText InfoArchive or equivalent.
Good knowledge of at least one of the following business processes: Financial, Controlling, SCM and Quality.
Experience in working with SAP ERP, Oracle ERP or other enterprise applications.
Very good communication skills in both business and IT.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Good understanding of internet protocols, network, and application security methods.
Experience in enabling the SSO configurations within InfoArchive platform.
Experience in ETL tools.
