Job Description
End-to-End Operating Model Design & Execution
- Define and implement the integrated operating model, including business practices, processes, and capabilities that drive operational efficiency, business impact, and superior customer/intermediary experience.
- Ensure alignment of the operating model with organizational strategy and market positioning.
Integration Leadership
- Manage the full integration of Motor and Motor PA portfolios, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
- Develop and maintain critical governance tools such as:
- Cross-functional dependency matrices
- Risk and issue trackers
- Integration dashboards
Strategic Alignment
- Align integration approach and operating model outcomes with the overall go-to-market strategy, ensuring consistency across channels and customer touchpoints.
Value Realization & Performance Tracking
- Define clear business value targets for the integration (e.g., cost synergies, operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction).
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress against desired outcomes, reporting regularly to leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years of working experience in the General Insurance industry
- Experienced in Change Management (organizational)
- Ability to Perform Business Assessments
- Ability to run workshops
- Must be very agile and flexible
