Role Description

The Operation and Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficient workflow across teams. The specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and supporting onboarding. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring operational performance, preparing reports, assisting with project coordination, and collaborating with leadership to improve systems and procedures. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, supporting workforce planning, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and support operational decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams clearly and professionally.
  • Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support recruitment outreach, employer branding, and promoting the organization's value proposition to potential hires.
  • Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to coordinate daily activities, optimize processes, and maintain consistent service delivery.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, organize, and execute recruitment and operational initiatives within set timelines and budgets.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or operations within a marketing or corporate environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and applicant tracking or HR systems is an advantage.

Salary

RM2000 - RM3000 (based on markets)
