DJI MALAYSIA IS HIRING RETAIL OPERATION ASSISTANT MANAGER!
LOCATION: BANDAR PUTERI PUCHONG
Job Scope:
- Support retail store setup activities, including store opening progress tracking and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and executing store opening schedules, renovation coordination, and ensuring stores are operational as planned.
- Monitor daily retail operations performance and provide business and sales data support for management review.
- Oversee in-store visual merchandising, including display standards, new product launches, and exhibition execution to ensure brand consistency.
- Support social media operations, including TikTok platform growth, content output, and traffic generation across other online platforms.
- Coordinate and manage retail frontline staff arrangements, including manpower planning, scheduling, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Act as a liaison between retail operations, marketing, and management to ensure effective execution of operational strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
- 45 years of experience in retail operations or brand retail management
- Good knowledge of store operations, sales performance tracking, and visual merchandising
- Experience coordinating frontline staff and daily retail operations
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, is an advantage
- Strong coordination, communication, and basic data analysis skills
- English and Chinese is required to deal with key personnel
