Operations Audit Associate (6 months Contract) to join DHL eCommerce based in Puchong, Malaysia!
The
Operations Audit Associate will be responsible to audit images related to proof of delivery to ensure compliance with company standards and accuracy in documentation.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Review and audit images of proof of delivery to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Identify discrepancies or issues in documentation and report findings to the relevant teams.
- Maintain organized records of audited images and associated documentation.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing audit results and trends.
Requirements
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for documentation and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Skills:
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with logistics and delivery processes is an advantage.
