Your new role

You'll own the operational health of users environments end-to-end: reliability, performance, and the experience of the user. When incidents hit - you'll lead them through to resolution and dig into the root cause. You will have to improve automation so recurring work gets easier for everyone and mentoring less experienced colleagues through pairing and review.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 4 years of solid operational and incident management experience.
  
• Experienced in helpdesk operations.
  
• Familiar with ITIL processes.
  
• Experience in networking fundamentals or any database platform.
  
• Domain experience in the energy / oil&gas sector preferred.
