The Role

We are looking for a motivated and meticulous General Insurance Operation Executive to join our team on a 12-month contract in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of insurance transactions across all General Insurance lines, while maintaining excellent service standards for customers, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Process new business, renewal, endorsement, and cancellation transactions across all lines of General Insurance

• Perform receipting functions for all General Insurance lines

• Ensure accuracy of policy documentation to maintain high service standards for customers

• Manage policy documentation and carry out related administrative duties

• Handle email and phone enquiries from customer care teams, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders

• Initiate and support system enhancements and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to improve departmental work processes

• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the team

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Graduate Diploma in any field

• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field, preferably within the insurance or finance sector

• Experience in General Insurance (GI) operations is an advantage

• Familiarity with AS400 systems would be preferred

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment

• Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy

• Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
