Operation Executive

Position Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating the manufacturing operations of the company's vision-related products (including Camera, Lens, Lighting, etc.). As the primary interface between the company and manufacturing sites, this position oversees production planning, manufacturing progress, product quality, delivery management, and daily operational coordination to ensure successful mass production and stable product delivery. The role requires fundamental manufacturing experience and basic project coordination capabilities. The candidate should be able to drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and demonstrate strong execution, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manufacturing Operations Coordination

Act as the primary communication interface between the company and manufacturing sites

Coordinate daily factory operations to ensure production plans are executed as scheduled

Monitor production progress, capacity status, and output performance

Ensure production schedules align with business demands

2. Quality and Delivery Management

Track product quality status throughout the manufacturing process

Coordinate the resolution and improvement of production issues

Escalate critical issues when necessary and follow through to closure

Coordinate shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery

3. Supply Chain and Operations Support

Track material delivery and import/export related activities

Coordinate communication among suppliers, logistics providers, and factories

Support daily business operations in Malaysia

Assist with basic administrative and operational coordination tasks

Complete other tasks assigned by the company

Qualifications

Associate degree or above (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related fields

Strong bilingual communication skills in both English and Chinese (required for daily work communication)

Prior experience in manufacturing electronics manufacturing experience preferred

Experience in optical products, electronics manufacturing, or machine vision industry is a plus

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production line operations

Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Basic experience in project coordination or manufacturing operations is preferred

Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills

Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-driven

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
