Summary
Oversee and ensure smooth daily resort operations by coordinating departments, managing resources, and supporting the Resort Manager to achieve high guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Job Scope
- Supervise daily operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and kitchen
- Monitor guest services, handle inquiries and complaints, and maintain hospitality standards
- Assist in operational planning, staff scheduling, inventory control, vendor coordination, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 23 years experience in hotel or resort operations (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills with ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Preferably candidates who possess their own transport and have a valid driving licence
