Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily spot inspection, patrol inspection and real-time data monitoring of power equipment (such as water, electricity and gas systems) and production equipment in the plant area to ensure that the power supply parameters meet the standards and meet the safety specifications.
- During the production period, through efficient spot check prevention and timely on-site emergency repair, carrying out rapid emergency treatment and routine maintenance for sudden failures, minimize the downtime of equipment to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the production line.
- Strictly implement the annual and monthly equipment maintenance plan, be responsible for the maintenance of the power equipment and peripheral facilities, the addition of liquid medicine and the filing of form records, to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the asset maintenance data.
- At the same time, undertake the reporting and supervision duties of on-site construction personnel, issues early warning of water and electricity consumption in time, and assists engineers to complete the installation, commissioning and acceptance of new equipment, and continuously optimizes the 5S environment and operation safety on site.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- College diploma or above in electrical, electronic, mechanical or mechatronics engineering issued by a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience as an equipment operator.
- Familiar with preventive maintenance of power equipment, able to independently handle power distribution and gas circuit anomalies and strictly abide by Malaysian DOSH/ST safety operation specifications.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
