Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Ampang for an Operation Management Officer. The role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with project teams, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. The position requires close collaboration with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and efficient operations management.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee operations and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities to address operational challenges efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of water reticulation systems, infrastructure work processes, and construction safety guidelines is a strong asset.
• Prior experience in a management or operations role, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector, is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
