Job Responsibility:
Report Development and Maintenance
- Collaboratewith key stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements on Dashboard/reports.
- Providein-depthdata analysis and dashboard designing Design, develop and build PBI reportto support complex business scenarios.
- Maintain and monitor PBI Dashboard on regular basis to ensure data accuracy and completeness Continue optimizing logicand stability toensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaboratewith cross team, implementrelative changes as required
Data Analysis and Monitoring
- Perform Data Analysis and monitor execution result, provide insightful analysis on operation KPIs.
- Take proper action on abnormal performance indicator to ensure Biz Operating healthy
- Prepare comprehensive reports (with driver base variance analysis) for management review and support decision making.
- Conduct regular review and report processes, ensuring key operation indicators are on track and on target Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies with team.
- Implement best practices and tools to improve efficiency and enhance reporting and analysis capabilities
Daily Operation Support
- Conduct regular health check on IT tickets management process to ensure meet compliance requirements.
- Co-work and collaborate with multiple teams to implement key management directions.
- Conductvariousad hoc activities as requested by management and key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, Power Query).
- Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with process improvement, data quality management, or automation initiatives is an advantage.
