Job Responsibility:

Report Development and Maintenance

  • Collaboratewith key stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements on Dashboard/reports.
  • Providein-depthdata analysis and dashboard designing Design, develop and build PBI reportto support complex business scenarios.
  • Maintain and monitor PBI Dashboard on regular basis to ensure data accuracy and completeness Continue optimizing logicand stability toensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaboratewith cross team, implementrelative changes as required

Data Analysis and Monitoring

  • Perform Data Analysis and monitor execution result, provide insightful analysis on operation KPIs.
  • Take proper action on abnormal performance indicator to ensure Biz Operating healthy
  • Prepare comprehensive reports (with driver base variance analysis) for management review and support decision making.
  • Conduct regular review and report processes, ensuring key operation indicators are on track and on target Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies with team.
  • Implement best practices and tools to improve efficiency and enhance reporting and analysis capabilities

Daily Operation Support

  • Conduct regular health check on IT tickets management process to ensure meet compliance requirements.
  • Co-work and collaborate with multiple teams to implement key management directions.
  • Conductvariousad hoc activities as requested by management and key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, Power Query).
  • Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with process improvement, data quality management, or automation initiatives is an advantage.
