Description and Requirements
1. Report Development and Maintenance
Collaboratewith key stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements on Dashboard/reports. Providein-depthdata analysis and dashboard designing Design, develop and build PBI reportto support complex business scenarios. Maintain and monitor PBI Dashboard on regular basis to ensure data accuracy and completeness Continue optimizing logicand stability toensure high performance, scalability, and reliability Collaboratewith cross team, implementrelative changes as required
2. Data Analysis and Monitoring
Perform Data Analysis and monitor execution result, provide insightful analysis on operation KPIs. Take proper action on abnormal performance indicator to ensure Biz Operating healthy Prepare comprehensive reports (with driver base variance analysis) for management review and support decision making Conduct regular review and report processes, ensuring key operation indicators are on track and on target Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies with team. Implement best practices and tools to improve efficiency and enhance reporting and analysis capabilities
3. Daily Operation Support
Conduct regular health check on IT tickets management process to ensure meet compliance requirements Co-work and collaborate with multiple teams to implement key management directions Conductvariousad hoc activities as requested by management and key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
