Job Description

Responsibilities:

Maintain daily communication and provide timely responses to partners and clients.

Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to ensure efficient operational flow and resource alignment

Handle and solve PSP and Key Account clients daily enquiries

Drive new client acquisitions via cold calls, walk ins, and in-person meetings; and expand customer base

Assist to plan and execute marketing campaigns, design and logistic arrangements of various types of events

Prepare regular regional reports to keep track on business performance

Carry out market research and customer research

Requirements:

Business development /retail industry experience, and experience in payment platform / bank industry would be advantage

Understand local culture & local market trends

Proficient in English & Chinese

Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills

Fast learner with strong ownership, accountability, and drive for results

Good understanding about social media platform, products and ecosystem is a plus

Able to commute to office in KL area, reachable by Public Transport
