Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily communication and provide timely responses to partners and clients.
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to ensure efficient operational flow and resource alignment
- Handle and solve PSP and Key Account clients daily enquiries
- Drive new client acquisitions via cold calls, walk ins, and in-person meetings; and expand customer base
- Assist to plan and execute marketing campaigns, design and logistic arrangements of various types of events
- Prepare regular regional reports to keep track on business performance
- Carry out market research and customer research
Requirements:
- Business development /banking industry experience, and experience in payment platform / bank industry. Prior experience working with international card groups (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or merchant acquiring institutions is preferred.
- Strong understanding on Malaysia's local culture & local market trends
- Proficient in English & Chinese-Mandarin (Native or Bilingual) language in daily work settings.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
- Fast learner with strong ownership, accountability, and drive for results
- Good understanding about social media platform, e-wallet products and its ecosystem
- Able to commute to office in KL area, reachable by public transport
