Job Responsibility
- To manage day-to-day production activities such a planning, organizing, implementing and controlling
- To controlling and ensuring HACCP & ISO as well as HALAL requirements are being practice by all production staffs
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring production runs smoothly and according to customer's requirement
- Ensure harmonious working environment at the production area and control production staffs discipline according to company's rules and regulation
- To make recommendations to management for product quality improvements
- To work closely with production floor level staff and provide technical support for quality related subjects
- To assist on providing on-job-training (OJT) for continuous improvements of production staffs
- To prepare, coordinate and update the planning requirements for projects with the objective of ensuring that the planning is aligned with set target
- To assist on developing of new products in R&D

Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma Food Science/Food Technology/Food Engineering or equivalent
- At least 4 years on supervisory roles in Food Manufacturing Operation preferably in FMCG
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, GMP requirements, HACCP and HALAL food principles
- Strong leadership, analytical, adaptable, versatile and multi-tasking in challenging environment
