Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer data review and account opening.

• Verify documents submitted by client within specific regions.

• Handle customer requests and solve issue by email/ live chat.

• Collected and reported departmental data.

• Cooperate with various departments to communicate and deal with matters.

• Process withdrawal.

• Perform any ad-hoc tasks being assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level,

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management,

Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• Required language: English, Mandarin (added advantage)

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in basic office skills such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Cheerful personality, good communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to work on rotating shifts (Including weekends if required)
