Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the cloud industry We are looking for an Operation Specialist to join our team at the Icon Tower, Jalan Tun Razak!
This is a pivotal role where you will manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, bridge the gap between Sales and Finance, and help us optimize our regional operations across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Billing & Account Mastery: Manage account lifecycles, ensure billing accuracy, and resolve payment/invoice disputes.
- Operational Excellence: Coordinate post-sales service requests and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Tech teams.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for non-technical support and manage partner rebate/credit utilization.
What we are looking for:
- The Tech Background: A degree in IT or Business (CGPA > 3.5).
- Cloud Savvy:Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud is a must. (Tencent, Huawei, or Volcano Engine experience is a major plus!)
- Language Skills: Full fluency in Mandarin and English (required for regional client support).
- Data Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data compilation and operational reporting.
- Experience: 13 years in operations, but ambitious fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
