Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.
Improve processes, policies, and procedures, and monitor and audit compliance.
To assist improve and develop new standard procedures for the company.
Establish and maintain an ongoing communication platform/ system for reporting operational objectives, changes and area concerns to all management levels.
Assist in developing long-term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.
Ensure all administration tasks are accurately completed in a timely manner.
Assist Management to provide analysis on stock and sales, highlighting and acting on any anomalies.
Performs all other duties as may be assigned to meet organizational needs.
Job Requirements
At least a bachelor&aposs degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Suite Excel, Word, etc)
