Your Job

As an Operational Excellence Business Analyst (Senior Engineer), you will partner with operational leaders and cross‑functional teams to identify and implement data‑driven process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and productivity. Lead Lean Six Sigma and transformation initiatives, deploy standard work and change management, and integrate digital solutions (advanced analytics, RPA, MES, IIoT) to scale and track sustainable improvements.

Welcome to the Operational Excellence department! Our department focuses on optimizing complex systems, processes and resources to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. We are seeking an Operational Excellence Business Analyst who likes challenges and is willing to learn while having fun contributing to the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities aligned with business priorities
  • Conduct data-driven analysis (process mapping, value stream analysis, root cause analysis) to quantify gaps and prioritize solutions
  • Lead/participate in Lean Six Sigma and transformation projects
  • Design and deploy standard work; support change management and training
  • Track, analyze, and report KPIs and improvement progress
  • Support deployment of continuous improvement tools and digital solutions (RPA, analytics platforms) in collaboration with digital team
  • Integrate digital solutions (advanced analytics, RPA, MES, IIoT) into improvement initiatives in partnership with digital teams

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Degree/Diploma in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement or related roles preferred
  • Computer skills – Excel (advanced), familiarity with Power BI.
  • Experience with statistical packages, SAP, MES is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
